WAR FOR DUMMIES 101:
If the US decides to block Iranian ports to stop oil from moving, this is an act of war on Iran and Iran would have every right to respond accordingly. Because most of US citizenry is not familiar with this right for a country to respond in war mode if one's waters are blocked, Bush will be able to convince a lot of Americans that he had simply ordered ships to be present to observe and was fired on by Iran without reason.
